HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED

Once an order is placed and payment has been received, we begin to process your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an order is expected to take longer, a representative will notify you.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via Fedex. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order at check out. Each customer will be provided with tracking information upon release of his or her order. For any inquiries about a shipped order, please contact - hello@cocoq.co.

ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?

Returns are permitted with prior authorisation. Any shipments returned without prior authorisation will be returned to sender. See the Returns section for more information.
