RETURNS

We completely get it and we want you to be absolutely in love with your new Coco Q order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order back to us.

To request for return, please follow the below instructions:

1. To initiate a return, you must email us - hello@cocoq.co for RA number within 7 days of accepting delivery of the merchandise and arrange return within 7 days after such notification.
2. Customer must provide proof of purchase, e.g. invoice, email confirmation from Coco Q, or delivery note.
3. Returns of unworn merchandise will be accepted for refunds less the cost of shipping within 14 days of receiving date.
4. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
5. Any returns processed after 7 days of receiving date will be for credit only.
6. Shipment tracking details must be provided after RA is issued.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us - hello@cocoq.co within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make this up to you.
